本项研究建立了两个智能系统:(1)多层砌体房屋震害预测专家系统,用于对该类房屋单体的易损性评估和震害预测;(2)城市现有房屋震害预测智能辅助决策系统,用于房屋群体的震害预测、人员伤亡和经济损失评估、高危害房屋类型和高危害小区识别,以及决策减灾目标和相应的对策。在该项研究中,知识丰富是建成实用化智能系统的先决条件,师法自然是设计知识工程的基点,应用实践使系统得以进一步的扩展和完善。现已证实系统的推理是可靠的,结果是可信的,决策是有效的。本项研究是国家自然科学基金重大项目“工程建设中智能辅助决策系统的应用研究”中的子项目之一,并在30个子项目的总结评比中获得第一,为全A级优秀项目。经专家鉴定,研究建立的两个系统均达到国际先进水平。
This study established two intelligent systems: (1) Multi-story masonry building earthquake damage prediction expert system for vulnerability assessment of such houses and earthquake damage prediction; (2) Existing urban house earthquake Intelligent Decision Support System for Harmonic Prediction is used in earthquake damage prediction, casualty and economic loss assessment of housing groups, identification of high-hazard housing types and high-risk residential areas, as well as the objectives and corresponding measures for disaster reduction. In this research, knowledge enrichment is a prerequisite for building a practical intelligent system. The teacher’s law is naturally the base point for designing knowledge engineering, and the system can be further expanded and perfected through practical application. It has been demonstrated that the system’s reasoning is reliable, the result is credible, and the decision is valid. This research is one of the subprojects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, “Application and Research of Intelligent Decision Support System in Engineering Construction”. It is the first of the 30 subprojects to summarize and evaluate, which is the best A-level project. After expert appraisal, the two systems established by the research reached the international advanced level.
