目的 探讨应届优秀医学毕业生的人格特征及心理健康。方法 采用卡特尔 1 6种人格因素量表 ( 1 6PF)、SCL-90症状自评量表 ,整群测试广州中医药大学临床医学院应届毕业生中 1 68名优秀生 ,并以 467名普通毕业生为对照。结果 1优秀医学毕业生 1 6PF测试显示 5高 2低的人格特征 ,即高兴奋性、高敢为性、高怀疑性、高聪慧性和高恃强性 ;低独立性和低自律性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 2 1 6PF综合预测次级人格因素和 SCL-90测试均显示优秀生明显外向 ,且创造能力高 ,具有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 3 1 6PF和 SCL-90提示优秀医学毕业生情绪稳定性较高 ,但同时具有一定的焦虑性。结论 优秀医学毕业生的人格特征可作为医学院校培养优秀人才的参照依据 ;通过完善和健全在校生的兴奋、恃强、敢为、外向和稳定性等人格特征 ,可培养更多心理健康的优秀医学毕业生。
Objective To explore the personality traits and mental health of the leading medical graduates. Methods One hundred and sixty-six excellent students from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Clinical Medical College were enrolled in the study, using 16 Cartel Scale of Personality Factors (16PF) and SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 Graduates as a control. Results 1 excellent medical graduates 1 6PF test showed that 5 high 2 low personality traits, that is, high excitability, high dare to sex, high suspicion, high intelligence and parental strength; low independence and low self-discipline (P <0 .0 5). The 21 6PF comprehensive prediction of secondary personality factors and SCL-90 test showed that the excellent students had obvious outward and high creative ability with significant difference (P <0.01, P <0.05). 3 1 6PF and SCL-90 suggest that outstanding medical graduates have higher emotional stability but at the same time have certain anxiety. Conclusion The personality traits of excellent medical graduates can serve as the reference basis for the cultivation of excellent talents in medical colleges and universities. More personal mental health can be cultivated by improving and perfecting the personality characteristics such as excitement, bullying, daring, extroversion and stability among school students Outstanding medical graduate.
