微波处理对美音葆袋泡剂中薄荷鉴别有影响,而使产品质量检查中薄层色谱难以鉴别薄荷脑的TLC,为解决该问题,本文提供一个实验方法,供探讨。 1 实验方法 1.1 薄层色谱法:①样品液制备:取美音葆8g,加石油醚(30~60℃)20ml,振摇后浸渍12h,取滤液挥至2ml,供试。②对照品液制备:取薄荷对照药材3g,按样品液方法制备,作为对照溶液。③展开系统:硅胶C板,展开剂为正已烷-醋酸二酯(17:3)。④结果判断:紫外检视(365nm)。
Microwave treatment affects the identification of Peppermint in Meinball’s bag and makes it difficult to identify TLC of menthol by TLC in product quality inspection. In order to solve this problem, this article provides an experimental method for discussion. 1 Experimental methods 1.1 TLC: ① sample preparation: Take Meinling 8g, add petroleum ether (30 ~ 60 ℃) 20ml, dipping 12h after shaking, the filtrate to 2ml, for the test. ② control liquid preparation: Take mint control herbs 3g, prepared by the sample solution method as a control solution. ③ expand the system: silica gel C plate, developing agent is n-hexane - acetic acid diester (17: 3). ④ results to determine: UV view (365nm).
