为了解犬咬伤者注射狂犬疫苗后抗体产生情况及维持时间，对１８名同一狂犬咬伤者全程注射狂犬疫苗后二周、一年、五年分别在血清中和抗体测定（ＥＬＩＳＡ），结果显示：二周后１８人抗体阳性率１００％，ＧＭＴ１０６（３６－３１８）ＩＵ；一年时间：ＧＭＴ１９（６－１７４）ＩＵ；加强一针抗体水平迅速增长；ＧＭＴ２１６（３９－７１４）ＩＵ；五年时ＧＭＴ８（４－５６）ＩＵ。五年随访均健在，随着时间的延长抗体水平逐渐下降，但五年时间仍具有一定保护力，无一人转阴，说明国产疫苗（２．５ＩＵ／支）质量可靠，保护期理想。
