目的监测天津市室外家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,依据结果指导相关部门合理使用杀虫剂。方法选择12个区(县)作为监测点,饲养1代后,用点滴法测定家蝇对DDVP、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性。结果 7个区(县)室外家蝇对DDVP产生了抗性,抗性倍数最高为47.50倍;监测的全部区(县)对高效氯氰菊酯均产生了抗性,半数以上为高抗;对溴氰菊酯也产生了不同程度的抗性,最高为36.17倍;对氯菊酯抗性较低。结论天津市家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂存在不同程度的抗药性。
Objective To monitor the resistance of outdoor housefly to common insecticides in Tianjin and to guide the relevant departments to use pesticides reasonably according to the results. Methods Twelve districts (counties) were selected as monitoring points. After feeding for one generation, the resistance of four domestic insecticides, DDVP, beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin and permethrin, to housefly was determined by dot-drip method. Results DDVP was resistant to housefly in 7 districts (counties) with a maximum of 47.50 times. All the districts (counties) were resistant to beta-cypermethrin and more than half were high resistance. Inulin also produced varying degrees of resistance, up to 36.17 times; low resistance to permethrin. Conclusion Musca domestica had different levels of resistance to four commonly used insecticides.
