鞍山市红砖厂在锤式粉碎机上利用鞍山市机电研究所试制的铬锰钨铸铁粉碎机锤头,经过一年多使用证明效果显著,解决了粉碎机锤头的耐磨难题。粉碎机上的锤头是粉碎加工过程中最容易磨损的部件。目前还没有固定的材质,多数采用普通白口铸铁和高锰钢(Mn13)等材质。其耐磨性能远远满足不了生产上的需要,已成为生产上的一大难题。铬锰钨铸铁是以锰钨代替较贵的耐磨材质钼,造价低于钼合金,而耐磨性能比钼合金毫不逊色。铬锰钨铸铁化学成分含量(%);C2.4~
