本文研究了在碱性介质中,一甲胺和对硝基苯胺重氮盐形成的偶氮化合物的极谱行为,并建立了微量一甲胺极谱测定方法。方法的最低检出限0.05μg/5ml,变异系数1.1~4.5%(0.25~4.0μg/5ml),加标回收95~104%,50倍共存的二甲胺、三甲胺、二乙胺不干扰测定。4倍的苯胺、2倍的一乙胺共存时有干扰。方法已用于空气中一甲胺的测定,取得了满意的结果。
In this paper, we study the polarographic behavior of azo compounds formed from monomethylamine and p-nitroaniline diazonium salts in alkaline medium and establish a method for the determination of trace methylamine.
