通过走访长沙市所有正在运行的社会工作机构,对负责人进行结构式访问,对一线社工问卷调查后发现:它们依托社区开展活动,改善了居民心中的社区形象;在有社工机构存在的社区,居民认可度较高;一线社工大多喜爱现在的职业,看好机构发展前景;但机构数量较少,形式较单一;规模较小,管理待完善;依赖政府投入,造血功能不强。成长中遇到了政府和大众、机构自身、一线社工等层面的诸多问题。今后五年机遇和挑战并存,将在曲折中前进。
