目的:探讨P16、CyclinD1蛋白在子宫肉瘤中表达的意义,以揭示其发病机制并为其早期诊断及治疗提供依据。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测P16、CyclinD1在62例子宫肉瘤中的表达,以20例子宫肌瘤作对照。结果:①不同病理类型子宫肉瘤分别与子宫平滑肌瘤比较,仅子宫平滑肌肉瘤中P16的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②P16、CyclinD1在子宫肉瘤中的表达无明显相关性(rs′=-0.088 3,P>0.05)。结论:①P16可作为子宫平滑肌肿瘤良恶性鉴别的重要指标。CyclinD1在子宫肉瘤发生中可能是一个早期分子事件,其过表达是细胞增殖失控的普遍现象。②P16与CyclinD1交叉共表达,揭示了肿瘤发生过程中基因表达的复杂性,P16表达缺失与CyclinD1过表达可单独或共同参与子宫肉瘤的形成。
Objective: To investigate the significance of P16 and CyclinD1 protein in uterine sarcoma in order to reveal its pathogenesis and provide basis for its early diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of P16 and CyclinD1 in 62 cases of uterine sarcoma. Twenty cases of uterine fibroids were used as controls. Results: (1) Compared with uterine leiomyoma, the expression of P16 in uterine leiomyosarcoma was significantly different (P <0.05). ②P16, CyclinD1 expression in uterine sarcoma no significant correlation (rs’ = - 0.088 3, P> 0.05). Conclusion: ① P16 can be used as an important indicator of benign and malignant uterine smooth muscle tumor. CyclinD1 may be an early molecular event in the development of uterine sarcoma. Its overexpression is a common phenomenon of uncontrolled cell proliferation. ② The cross-expression of P16 and CyclinD1 revealed the complexity of gene expression during tumorigenesis. The loss of P16 and the overexpression of CyclinD1 could participate in the formation of uterine sarcoma alone or in combination.
