FANUC-7T/7M是用微处理机和半导体存储器提供软件控制的数控系统。由于电路采用大规模集成电路和多层大规格印刷电路板,使成本/功能比和可靠性得到提高,维修方便。目前该系统已广泛配用于车床,磨床、钻床、镗床、铣床、加工中心、线切割机等机床中。在我厂生产的XK715F(S.B)工作台不升降数控铣床和XH755重型卧式加工中心机床上,也大部分选用了7M数控系统。下面笔者就以XK715F数控铣床为例,对FANUC-7M的联机调试作一简要论述,一些点滴经验可供同行参改。
FANUC-7T / 7M is microprocessor-based and semiconductor memory to provide software-controlled CNC system. As the circuit uses large-scale integrated circuits and large multi-layer printed circuit board, the cost / function ratio and reliability are improved, easy maintenance. At present, the system has been widely used in lathe, grinding machine, drilling machine, boring machine, milling machine, machining center, wire cutting machine and other machine tools. In our factory production XK715F (S.B) table does not lift CNC milling machine and XH755 heavy horizontal machining center machine, but also most of the selection of 7M CNC system. The following author to XK715F CNC milling machine, for example, on-line debugging FANUC-7M make a brief discussion, some bit of experience for peers to participate.
