分析了基于ACFM检测技术的蝶形图裂纹判别法,包括蝶形图直接判别法、蝶形图面积判别法和综合判断法。在试验数据分析的基础上,研究了该检测技术的定量评价算法。研究发现,Bz分量峰谷间距与裂纹长度成正比,可以依据Bz分量峰谷间距精确地反演裂纹的长度信息;裂纹中间的Bx值与裂纹的长度和深度有关,可以依据裂纹长度和Bx的中间值联立反演精确判定裂纹的深度;Bz的峰值高度与裂纹的深度和长度密切相关,可以依据裂纹长度和Bz的峰值高度联合反演裂纹的深度。该研究成果可为该检测技术的定量判定提供依据。
The method of discriminating the butterfly crack based on the ACFM detection technique is analyzed, including direct method of butterfly, area of butterfly and method of comprehensive judgment. On the basis of the experimental data analysis, the quantitative evaluation algorithm of the detection technology is studied. It is found that the peak-valley distances of Bz components are proportional to the crack length, and the length information of cracks can be accurately inverted based on the peak-to-valley spacing of Bz components. The Bx value in the middle of the crack is related to the crack length and depth, The simultaneous inversion of the median value accurately determines the depth of the crack. The peak height of Bz is closely related to the depth and length of the crack, and the depth of the crack can be jointly retrieved according to the crack length and the peak height of Bz. The research results can provide a basis for the quantitative determination of the detection technology.
