改革开放以来,历届党的三中全会都承担着经济发展和经济体制改革的重大使命,体现了中央领导集体的施政特点。10月9日~12日,党的十七届三中全会在北京召开。这是30年以来党的第7个三中全会。此次全会的主题定位于研究推进新形势下的农村改革发展问题。 Since the introduction of the policy of reform and opening up, the Third Plenary Session of all previous parties has shouldered the important mission of economic development and economic restructuring, embodying the governance features of the central leadership. From October 9 to December 12, the Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee was held in Beijing. This is the 7th Third Plenary Session of the party since 30 years. The plenum’s theme is to study and promote the rural reform and development under the new situation.
