例1,男,13岁,因咳嗽、胸闷、乏力、气短40天,发热1周于1993年1月16日住院。咳嗽为干咳,常较剧烈。无咯血,活动后乏力、气短加重。体温在38～39℃之间。病后曾静滴青霉素及病毒唑治疗无效。既往无慢性咳嗽史,无食物过敏史,近3年无喝牛奶史。查体;体温37.7℃,脉搏110次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压16.0/10.8kPa。营养欠佳,发育一般,皮肤巩膜无黄染,双肺呼吸音粗,双肺底偶闻小水泡音,心前区第一心音低
Example 1, male, 13 years old, due to cough, chest tightness, fatigue, shortness of breath 40 days, 1 week fever on January 16, 1993 hospitalization. Cough for dry cough, often more intense. No hemoptysis, weakness after exercise, shortness of breath. Body temperature between 38 ~ 39 ℃. Sick infusion of penicillin and ribavirin after treatment ineffective. No past history of chronic cough, no history of food allergies, no history of drinking milk in the past 3 years. Physical examination; body temperature 37.7 ℃, pulse 110 beats / min, breathing 24 beats / min, blood pressure 16.0 / 10.8kPa. Poor nutrition, general development, skin sclera no yellow dye, lung breath sounds thick, double bottom lungs heard a small blisters sound, precordial first heart sound low
