用自制呋喃树脂砂反应热效应调试装置测定了不同粘结剂的固化放热特性．对热效应的分析表明，呋喃树脂在固化过程中不仅发生失水缩聚反应，一定条件下呋喃环也会开环参与固化交联．最后对流效应的促硬作用进行了初步探讨．
The curing exothermic properties of different binders were measured with a furan resin sand thermal reaction device. The analysis of the thermal effect shows that not only the dehydration polycondensation reaction takes place during the curing process of the furan resin, but also the furan ring can be ring-opened to participate in the curing crosslinking under certain conditions. Finally, convection effect of promoting the role of hard to conduct a preliminary discussion.
