2006年3月,在广西卷烟总厂召开的科技与创新工作暨科学技术协会成立大会上,郭晓惠同志作为2005年度先进科技工作者之一接受了表彰。与郭主任相识在一次企业的ERP(企业资源规划系统)项目启动会上。讲解过程中她对各类专业术语的娴熟运用,以及举手投足间,透着女性的直率、自信和随和,都给我留下了深刻的印象。通过与郭主任交谈,我了解到,1987年她从广西师范大学毕业,一直在烟草行业从事科技工作。先后组织并参与了广西烟草各阶段信息化几乎所有项目的建设和管理。近二十年来,她根据不同时期企业计算机的应用制订了相应的总体规划,协助国家烟草总公司编写和修改了十几万字的行业管理信息代码及标准规范,为企业组织培训了近千人的信息化人才队伍。从解决企业进口烟机设备的“千年虫”问题,到完成企业卷烟销售网络管理系统的开发和信息网络安全系统建设;从企业重大技改工程中的弱电系统工程和生产线卷接包数据采集,到生产指挥调度系统及视频监控等系统的实施工作;从企业办公信息平台建设到企业远程视频会议系统的构建等,无不凝聚着她的辛劳和汗水。2004年广西卷烟总厂成立,原来的柳州卷烟厂和南宁卷烟厂由独立法人变成了总厂下面的两个生产点。于是,如何实现总部对异地生产点的人员、技术、资金和物资等资源的统一管理成为企业联合重组成败的重点,信息化建设便成为重中之重,这个艰巨的任务落到了郭主任的肩上。她在很短的时间内就拿出了《广西卷烟总厂信息建设规划方案》,并着手推进ERP项目。经过一年多的实施,企业实现了跨地域远程财务、物资管理的实时监控和一体化管理,进一步提高了企业的管理水平。 In March 2006, at the founding conference of Science and Technology Innovation and Science and Technology Association held by Guangxi Cigarette Factory, Comrade Guo Xiaohui was honored as one of the 2005 advanced science and technology workers. In the recent two decades, she has formulated corresponding master plans according to the application of enterprise computers in different periods, assisting the State Tobacco Corporation in writing and revising more than one hundred thousand words of industry management information codes and standards, and training nearly 1,000 enterprises Information personnel. From solving the problem of “millennium bug” imported by the enterprise to the cigarette machine equipment, to completing the development of enterprise cigarette sales network management system and construction of information network security system; from the weak system engineering and production line rewinding package data acquisition in the major technological renovation project of the enterprise, To the production command and dispatch system and video surveillance system implementation; from business office information platform to the construction of enterprise long-distance video conferencing system, etc., all condensing her hard work and sweat. 2004 Guangxi Cigarette Factory was established, the original cigarette factory in Liuzhou and Nanning Cigarette Factory into an independent corporation under the two production sites below. Therefore, how to realize the unified management of resources, such as personnel, technology, capital and supplies at the headquarters in different places, has become the focus of the success or failure of the joint reorganization of enterprises. The construction of informatization has become the most important task. This arduous task has fallen to the shoulder of Director Guo on. In a very short period of time, she came up with “Guangxi Cigarette Factory Information Construction Planning Scheme” and proceed with the ERP project. After more than a year of implementation, enterprises have realized real-time monitoring and integrated management of cross-region remote financial and material management and further improved their management level.
