12Cr2MoWVTiB(102)钢是我国研制的低合金热强钢。十几年来已在几十台200MW 及其他火力发电机组的锅炉中使用。某电站锅炉的两根高温过热器管(代号11901和11701)于使用过程相继在弯管处发生爆裂,管材使用时间分别为106.5 kh 和108.3 kh。由于102钢使用100 kh 后发生爆管故障,目前尚属首次,因此需要对爆管原因进行全面分析。
12Cr2MoWVTiB (102) steel is a low alloy hot-rolled steel developed in China. More than 10 years have been in the use of dozens of 200MW and other thermal power generating units in the boiler. Two high-temperature superheater tubes (codes 11901 and 11701) of a power plant boiler burst one after another at the elbows and the service life of the pipes was 106.5 kh and 108.3 kh, respectively. As the first occurrence of a burst tube failure of 102 steel after it has been used for 100 kh, a comprehensive analysis of the cause of the tube burst is needed.
