河北唐山东矿化工厂是国内目前最大的轻质碳酸钙厂。为了满足造纸行业对超细研磨天然碳酸钙的需求,该厂引进德国湿法研磨设备和技术,建成国内最大的年产万吨造纸涂料级超细重钙生产线。生产流程采用原矿——洗涤——鄂式破碎——雷蒙磨干法研磨——卧式湿法超细研磨——闪蒸干燥工艺。湿法研磨质量得到保证。可提供325～1000目造纸填料和底涂颜料产品;小于2微米含量60～97％的面涂颜料干粉产品。项目的建设得到化工部和中国
Hebei Tangdong Shandong Chemical Plant is currently the largest light calcium carbonate plant in China. In order to meet the demand of the papermaking industry for superfine ground natural calcium carbonate, the plant has introduced Germany’s wet grinding equipment and technology to build the largest ultra-fine calcium production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of paper coating. Production process using the original mine - washing - jaw crushing - Raymond Mill dry grinding - horizontal wet superfine grinding - flash drying process. Wet grinding quality is guaranteed. Provides 325 to 1000 mesh papermaking filler and primer pigment products; less than 2 micron content 60 to 97% of topcoat pigment dry powder products.
