In this paper, two compounds with similar anionic frameworks are described, which are Na2 (H2O) 10 (NH4) 4 犦 犤 V10O28 1 (1) and 犤 Na2 (H2O) 10 (NH4) 4 犦 犤 V9MoO28 犦 (2). The anion of compound 1 is a common vanadium skeleton, whereas compound 2 is isomorphous with compound 1, and the anion of compound 2 is a vanadium-ten framework mixed with a molybdenum atom. X-ray crystal structure determination showed that both compounds belong to the triclinic system, P1 珔 space group. The unit cell parameters were as follows: a = 0.86024 (4) nm, b = 1.04561 (5) nm, c = 1.12828 4 nm, α = 68.833 °, β = 87.158 °, γ = 67.065 (1) °; Compound 2: a = 0.86511 (3) nm, b = 1.04549 (5) nm, c = 1.12446 = 66.982 (1) °.
