水煤体是在水源、煤性、位能和时间等因素的综合作用下形成的处于饱和状态的水、煤混合体 .水煤体溃泄是一种具有突发性、能量大、持续时间短、爆发力强和损失惨重等特点的发生于特殊背景条件下的矿井灾害 .在急倾斜煤层分布区 ,工作面布置于防水煤柱下方 ,煤层回采导致的顶板冒落带发育高度极易接近上覆水煤体 ,故极有可能诱发水煤体溃泄的灾害性事故 .在水煤体溃泄机理分析研究的基础上 ,提出了防治煤矿井水煤体溃泄灾害发生的若干有效对策
