研究了2种不同丙烯腈含量 (ACN) 的饱和度99%氢化丁腈橡胶 (HNBR) 在常温和高温180℃下的力学性能以及在180℃水、柴油和水基钻井液中的耐介质性能.结果表明, 随着ACN含量的增大, 正硫化时间 (t90) 、定伸应力及硬度均增大;动态压缩永久变形和静态压缩永久变形均增大.高温180℃下, 随着ACN含量的增大, 由强极性形成的分子间氢键作用力大幅减弱, 定伸应力降低, 拉伸强度大幅降低, 拉断永久变形和拉断伸长率均增大.180℃介质老化试验结果表明, 水介质中, ACN含量高则溶胀度大, 但力学性能变化不大.柴油介质中, ACN含量能显著影响力学性能;ACN含量增大, 溶胀度显著减小, 且力学性能保持率显著提高.在水基钻井液中, ACN含量越高, 水对橡胶的渗透作用和氯离子对橡胶的腐蚀老化作用越强, 老化越加显著.“,”Physical-mechanical properties of 2 kinds of HNBR with different CAN content and99%saturation were studied at room temperature and high temperature (180℃), the 3 kinds of medium resistance were researched in 180 ℃ water, diesel and water based drilling fluid, too.The results showed that optimum cure time (t90), modulus and hardness all increased with the increase of acrylonitrile content, and static compression set and dynamic compression set increased, too.At 180 ℃, the modulus decreased, tensile strength greatly reduced, tensile rupture set and elongation at break increased with the increase of acrylonitrile content because the intermolecular hydrogen bond force formed by strong polarity could be weakened at high temperature.180 ℃ medium aging test results showed that the swelling degree increased with the increase of ACN content in water medium, the change of mechnical properties was not big.In diesel medium, ACN content could significantly influence the physical-mechanical properties of HNBR, the swelling ratio significantly decreased with the increase of ACN content, the physical-mechanical properties of retention rate significantly increased.In water-based drilling fluid, the higher the ACN content was, the stronger the water penetration and the chloride ion corrosion were, the aging was significant.
