研究了 Si2 ON2 / L AS纳米复合材料的制备和性能。结果表明 ,纳米β- Si3N4可在较低温度下与玻璃热压烧结制备出 Si2 ON2 / L AS纳米复合材料。材料的力学性能与生成的纳米 Si2 ON2 含量有关。Si2 ON2 的含量在 2 0 %时材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性达最高值 ,分别比未加 Si2 ON2 的材料提高 31%和 88%。纳米 Si2 ON2 的含量超过 2 0 %时 ,材料的力学性能急剧下降 ,其原因是材料的致密度迅速降低
The preparation and properties of Si2 ON2 / L AS nanocomposites were studied. The results show that nano-β-Si3N4 can be prepared by hot pressing sintering of glass with Si2 ON2 / L AS nanocomposite at lower temperature. The mechanical properties of the material are related to the nano-Si2 ON2 content. When the content of Si2 ON2 is 20%, the flexural strength and fracture toughness of the material reach the highest value, which is respectively 31% and 88% higher than those without Si2 ON2. When the content of nano-Si2 ON2 exceeds 20%, the mechanical properties of the material decline sharply due to the rapid decrease of the density of the material
