1前言在我国教育体制下,普通中小学体育教师担负着教师和教练员的双重角色,这对中小学教练员的素质提出了更高的要求。诸多学者从智能、管理学和心理学等角度对教练员素质进行了多方面的研究,而普通中小学教练员素质的研究鲜有涉足。不同的运动项目有着不同的运动特性,对教练员的要求也不尽相同。中小学教练员既要有教练员素质的共性,又要有中小学教练员素质的特性。
1 Preface In China’s education system, ordinary primary and secondary physical education teachers assume the dual role of teachers and coaches, which put forward higher requirements for the quality of primary and secondary coaches. Many scholars have made many researches on coaches’ qualities from the aspects of intelligence, management science and psychology. However, there are few studies on the quality of coaches in ordinary primary and secondary schools. Different sports have different sports characteristics, the requirements of coaches are not the same. Primary and secondary coaches both coaches have the quality of commonality, but also the quality of primary and secondary coaches characteristics.
