品质是企业的生命,革新是企业的动力,人才是企业发展的基石。人力资源作为企业的第一资源,是企业生存与发展的重要基础。人力资源工作的核心在于如何调动员工的积极性,激发员工的潜能,达成公司经营目标。而做好企业的绩效考核工作,对于调动广大员工的积极性,帮助企业实现预期的目标都会产生重要影响。作者分析了目前企业在员工绩效考核工作存在的问题,并提出了自己的看法与建议。
Quality is the life of an enterprise. Innovation is the motivation of an enterprise. Talent is the cornerstone of enterprise development. As the first resource of enterprise, human resource is an important foundation for the survival and development of an enterprise. The core of human resources work is how to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, inspire the potential of employees and achieve the company’s business objectives. And doing a good job of performance appraisal work, for mobilizing the enthusiasm of the staff, to help companies achieve their desired goals will have a significant impact. The author analyzes the existing problems in employee performance appraisal work and puts forward his own opinions and suggestions.
