为了探讨影响慢性中耳炎乳突根治术后胆脂瘤残留的因素，对我院1985～1996年间319例乳突根治术后再根治的资料进行了分析。发现年龄、胆脂瘤基质的浸润、鳞状上皮清除不彻底、中耳乳突内裂隙的存在等均是影响慢性中耳炎乳突根治术后胆脂瘤复发的重要因素。
In order to investigate the factors that affect the residual of cholesteatoma in patients with chronic otitis media after radical mastectomy, the data of 319 cases of radical mastectomy after radical mastectomy in our hospital from 1985 to 1996 were analyzed. Found that age, the infiltration of cholesteatoma matrix, squamous epithelial removal is not complete, the existence of middle ear mastoid fissure are all the factors that affect the recurrence of cholesteatoma after radical mastoidectomy for chronic otitis media.
