近年来,我国的贫富差距进一步扩大,由此也引发了一系列的社会问题,收入分配的合理性再次成为热门话题。大到全社会的分配合理性问题讨论,小到一个企业内部员工之间的薪酬分配是否合理都成为人们进行激烈探讨的焦点。尤其是在煤炭企业中,关于薪酬分配的合理性问题更加突出,如何来平衡收入分配之间的差异,基尼系数与企业内部的薪酬分配合理性有着怎样的关系,笔者将做一个简单的解析。
In recent years, the gap between the rich and the poor in our country has further widened. As a result, a series of social problems have been triggered. The rationality of income distribution has once again become a hot topic. Large to the whole society to discuss the issue of rationality of distribution, as small as an enterprise within the pay distribution of employees are reasonable people have become the focus of intense discussion. Especially in coal enterprises, the rationality of salary distribution is more prominent. How to balance the differences between income distributions? What kind of relationship between the Gini coefficient and the rationality of salary distribution within the enterprise? I will do a simple analysis.
