基于高光注塑成型工艺实验平台,进行了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)注塑成型工艺实验,分析了工艺参数对塑件表面硬度的影响。结果表明:模具温度对ABS塑件的表面硬度影响最为显著。在一定温度范围内,随着模具温度的升高,ABS塑件的表面硬度不断增大,而当模具温度超过110℃时,ABS塑件的表面硬度则开始快速降低。
Based on the high-gloss injection molding process experiment platform, the ABS injection molding process was carried out and the influence of process parameters on the surface hardness of the plastic parts was analyzed. The results show that the mold temperature has the most significant effect on the surface hardness of ABS plastic parts. In a certain temperature range, with the mold temperature increases, ABS plastic parts surface hardness increases, and when the mold temperature exceeds 110 ℃, ABS plastic parts began to rapidly reduce the surface hardness.
