作为我国高等教育的一种类型-高职高专,在我国有着千余所,从业的专职教师有数十万之众!在高等学校人才培养、科研与社会服务的三大职能基础上,作为人才培养的施教主体—专职教师该如何评价与指引,一方面关系着高职高专基本职能的发挥,同时也关系着高职高专专职教师发展方向。奖惩性评价目前是我国高职高专专职教师评价时所采用的主要形式与方法。但奖惩性评价存在着较多不足,如参与性不足、终局性评价等。
