对山葡萄及山欧杂种葡萄‘熊岳白’、‘北醇’、‘北玫’、‘北全’进行了抗南方根结线虫鉴定和有关理化指标变化的观测 ,发现山欧杂种均为感性种 ,其中北全、北玫高感 ,北醇低感。接种后 ,高感种北玫受线虫侵染速度快、周期短 ,根结形成高峰比线虫数量高峰仅晚 7d ,根系活力在接种 7d后降至低谷 ,根冠比始终高于未接种的 ;线虫对地上部生长的抑制作用十分明显 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)活性持续缓慢上升。抗性砧木‘道格’受线虫刺激后POD活性有一短时降低又急剧升高 ,而后又降低的过程。
