为研究甜高粱品种在种子、幼芽、幼苗三个生长阶段的抗性表现,试验采用7个铝毒浓度(0、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25、0.30 mmol/L)处理4个甜高粱品种(引4、引26、吉甜杂1、晋甜07),测定6个不同类型的抗性综合指标。结果表明:随着铝毒浓度的增加,抗氧化物质波动,抗逆性物质增高,营养物质缓降;抗逆性成分丙二醛(MDA)活性和脯氨酸含量为幼苗>种子>幼芽,营养物质维生素C和黄酮为幼苗高于种子和幼芽;高铝毒浓度下甜高粱幼苗仍有40%以上的成活率。
