目的探讨血清血管内皮钙粘蛋白(VE-Ca)及内皮素-1(ET-1)与2型糖尿病合并大血管病变的关系。方法将104例2型糖尿病患者分为大血管病变组(MCV,58例),无大血管病变组(Non-MCV,46例),并选取37例健康者作为对照组。记录年龄,测量收缩压、舒张压,检测各项血脂指标、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白。用ELISA法测定VE-Ca和ET-1的水平。结果 MCV组VE-Ca和ET-1的水平高于Non-MCV、对照组(NC组)(P<0.05或P<0.01),Non-MCV组高于NC组(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清VE-Ca与ET-1、SBP、DBP、FPG、TG、Hb A1c正相关(r=0.284,0.367,0.380,0.737,0.322,0.745,P<0.01或P<0.05),与HDL负相关(r=-0.208,P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,VE-Ca、ET-1、DBP、TG与T2DM合并MCV独立相关。结论血清VE-Ca及ET-1的水平与MCV相关,VE-Ca与ET-1在MCV发生发展过程中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum vascular cadherin (VE-Ca) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) and type 2 diabetes with macrovascular complications. Methods 104 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into macrovascular disease group (MCV, 58 cases), non-MCV (46 cases), and 37 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Record age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood lipids, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin. The levels of VE-Ca and ET-1 were determined by ELISA. Results The levels of VE-Ca and ET-1 in MCV group were higher than those in Non-MCV group and control group (NC group) (P <0.05 or P <0.01) ). Serum VE-Ca was positively correlated with ET-1, SBP, DBP, FPG, TG and Hb A1c (r = 0.284,0.367,0.380,0.737,0.322,0.745, P <0.01 or P < (R = -0.208, P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that VE-Ca, ET-1, DBP, TG and T2DM were independently associated with MCV. Conclusions Serum levels of VE-Ca and ET-1 are correlated with MCV. VE-Ca and ET-1 may play an important role in the development of MCV.
