对正丁烷氧化制顺酐流化床催化剂的颗粒成型进行了研究,在不同类型的粘合剂和喷雾成型的条件下,实验获得了不同颗粒尺寸和粒度分布的流化床催化剂。利用正交实验设计方法探讨了喷雾操作条件对催化反应活性的影响及其变化规律,同时确定了最佳喷零操作条件。研究发现,催化剂颗粒尺寸在20~200μm,平均粒径在70~80μm左右的催化剂对正丁烷流化床催化反应的效果最好。
The particle formation of n-butane oxidation to maleic anhydride fluidized bed catalyst was studied. Fluidized bed catalysts with different particle size and particle size distribution were obtained under different types of binders and spray molding. The effect of spray operation conditions on the catalytic activity and the variation of the reaction conditions were discussed by orthogonal experimental design method. At the same time, the optimum operating conditions of spraying zero were determined. The results showed that the catalyst with the catalyst particle size of 20 ~ 200μm and the average particle diameter of 70 ~ 80μm had the best effect on the catalytic reaction of n-butane fluidized bed.
