本试验在哈也纳农业大学的温室内进行,主要研究水稻生产上锌、磷相互作用的效果及其对锌、磷的吸收与浓缩。锌是用 ZnSO_4·7H_2O,施入量有0,5;10,20PPm;磷是用 KH_2PO_4,施入量有0;25,50,100PPm。当不加磷时,施入5—10PPm 的锌,能提高谷,草重量,但是只要外加5 ppm 的磷时,增加锌就会受到影响。锌的吸收与浓缩是随锌的作用而提高,随磷的作用而降低。稻壳中含锌的浓度为最高,为38.SPPm,稻粒含锌量最低,为21PPm。对锌的吸收稻草为最高,其次是稻粒与稻壳。稻体对磷的浓缩与吸收是随施磷水平的增加而增加,是随施锌水平增加降低。在稻粒中测定吸收的磷为62.4毫克/盆,最高浓度达475oPPm,其次最高浓度出现在稻草和稻壳内。锌、磷的吸收与浓缩有碳酸钙存在比没有碳酸钙时为低。到分禁期吸收锌量为7肠,分萦到抽穗期为46肠,抽穗到成熟期为47%。成熟期有55肠的锌残留推:稻草里,有24肠留在稻粒里,有21肠存在稻壳。施入较多的锌,则有少量的锌移入稻粒,如果施入较多的磷则有较多的锌移入稻粒。锌与磷效果反映在磷的分配上是相反的,播种到分孽期,吸收磷是7%,分孽到抽穗期是56肠,成熟期有65肠的呼残留在稻粒里,约有27肠在稻草内,只有7%肠存于稻壳内。
The experiment was conducted in the greenhouse of Hahn State Agricultural University, mainly studying the effect of zinc and phosphorus interaction on rice production and its absorption and concentration of zinc and phosphorus.
