探讨了用Cu 1 ( 2 吡啶偶氮 ) 2 萘酚分光光度法测定珍珠水解液中微量铜的最佳条件。在HCl KCl溶液介质中 ,十二烷基苯磺酸钠存在下 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .4 2× 1 0 4L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2 +含量在 0 1 0 0 μg/5 0ml范围服从比尔定律 ,检测限为 0 .5 μg/dm3。应用于珍珠水解液制备的工艺优化中指标控制 ,效果良好。
The optimum conditions for the determination of trace copper in pearl hydrolyzate by Cu 1 (2-pyridylazo) 2-naphthol spectrophotometry were discussed.
