针对产品装配中关键零部件质量的保证问题 ,引入装配质量置信度概念 ,并在装配顺序规划中 ,提出以关键零部件装配质量为装配顺序规划的目标规划算法。摩托车发动机气门装配组件的装配的算例表明 ,该算法是正确的。并针对柔性装配系统中柔性装配单元规划涉及因素较为复杂的问题 ,探索了应用改进遗传算法求解柔性装配单元规划中全局最优解的方法。算法在摩托车发动机柔性装配单元中的应用实例 ,表明了该方法在柔性装配单元规划中的有效性
Aiming at the guarantee of the quality of the key components in assembly, the concept of confidence of assembly quality is introduced. In the assembly sequence planning, the target programming algorithm of assembly sequence planning of key components is proposed. An example of the assembly of motorcycle engine valve assembly shows that the algorithm is correct. In order to solve the problem of flexible assembly unit planning in flexible assembly system, the method of solving the global optimal solution in flexible assembly unit planning by using improved genetic algorithm is explored. The application of the algorithm in motorcycle engine flexible assembly unit shows the effectiveness of this method in flexible assembly unit planning
