目的探讨急性乌头碱中毒至心律失常的护理。方法收集74例乌头碱中毒至心律失常的临床资料,采用清除毒物、建立静脉输液通路及早补液方式促进毒物的排泄,纠正心律失常。结果 74例患者均治愈出院。结论乌头碱中毒后积极有效的救治及精心的护理是抢救成功的关键 Objective To investigate the care of acute aconitine poisoning to arrhythmia. Methods The clinical data of 74 cases of aconitine poisoning to arrhythmia were collected. The toxicant was excreted and the venous infusion route was established as early as possible to promote the excretion of poison and correct the arrhythmia.
