目的:建立斑蝥多脂肪酸成分毛细管气相色谱法(GC)含量测定方法。方法:采用石油醚索氏提取斑蝥脂肪油并甲酯化后,以棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生酸为指标性成分,通过GC同时测定斑蝥7种脂肪酸成分的含量。结果:7种脂肪酸含量存在一定产地差异性。结论:多脂肪酸成分的GC含量测定方法准确、可靠,为建立斑蝥多指标含量测定方法提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of polyglutamic acid in Cantharidae by capillary gas chromatography (GC). Methods: Soybean oil was extracted from Soxhlet oil and methyl esterified. Palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidic acid were used as the index components. Simultaneous determination by GC Cantaloupe seven kinds of fatty acid content. Results: Seven kinds of fatty acid content of a certain origin differences. Conclusion: The method for determining GC content of fatty acids is accurate and reliable, which provides the basis for the establishment of multi-index test method for mackerel.
