Intelligent building is a product of multi-disciplinary, multi-system and modern architecture combined in the information era. It is a very new industry. This article describes the definition and advantages of intelligent buildings. With a view to more insight can cause more concerned about and intelligent building, thereby promoting the modernization of China’s construction.
