目的探讨宫颈癌组织中Ku80和ATM(毛细血管扩张性共济失调症突变蛋白,ataxia telangiectasia mutated)表达与放射敏感性的关系。方法根据放疗疗效选择34例放射敏感与13例放射耐受的宫颈癌患者。采用免疫组织化学染色方法,对其放疗前癌组织进行Ku80和ATM蛋白检测。结果癌组织ATM蛋白的表达在敏感组和耐受组分别为50.0%(17/34)和84.6%(11/13),Ku80蛋白的表达在敏感组和耐受组分别为38.2%(13/34)和76.9%(10/13),耐受组均明显高于敏感组(P<0.05),但ATM和Ku80无显著相关性。结论宫颈癌Ku80或ATM蛋白的高表达可导致肿瘤对辐射的耐受,Ku80或ATM的表达状态可作为预测宫颈癌放射敏感性的指
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ku80 and ATM (radiation-induced ataxia telangiectasia mutated) and radiosensitivity in cervical cancer. Methods According to the efficacy of radiotherapy, 34 radiosensitive and 13 radioresistant cervical cancer patients were selected. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the Ku80 and ATM proteins in the cancer tissues before radiotherapy. Results The expression of ATM protein in cancer tissues was 50.0% (17/34) and 84.6% (11/13) in the sensitive group and the tolerable group, respectively. The expression of Ku80 protein in the sensitive group and the tolerated group was 38.2% (13 / 34) and 76.9% (10/13) respectively. The tolerance group was significantly higher than that of the sensitive group (P <0.05), but there was no significant correlation between ATM and Ku80. Conclusion The high expression of Ku80 or ATM protein in cervical cancer can lead to tumor tolerance to radiation. The expression status of Ku80 or ATM can be used as a means to predict the radiosensitivity of cervical cancer
