近几年来,我国在农民人才培养方面取得了很大的进步,但是由于国情使然,农民人才培养的体制尚不成熟,与发达国家相比有较大的差距。欧美发达国家甚至亚洲的日韩等国整体农业发展水平很高,并且对于农民人才培养有着显著的特色和经验,同时对整个国家的经济发展也产生了推动作用。因此,对国外农民人才培养模式影响因素进行差异性的比较分析显得尤为重要。虽然各国的农民人才培养模式各有不同,但对我国发展农民人才培养模式时可以借鉴其共性的发展经验,进而推动我国农民人才培养模式具有重要的现实意义。
In recent years, great progress has been made in cultivating farmer talents in our country. However, due to our national conditions, the system of farmer personnel training is not yet ripe and there is a big gap compared with developed countries. Japan and South Korea in developed countries in Europe and the United States and even in Asia have a high level of overall agricultural development. They also have notable features and experience in cultivating farmer personnel, and at the same time, they have also contributed to the economic development of the entire country. Therefore, it is very important to carry on the comparative analysis on the influential factors of farmer talent cultivation mode in foreign countries. Although there are differences in training models for peasant talents in different countries, it is of great practical significance to draw lessons from their common experience in developing peasant training models in our country so as to further promote the peasant training model in our country.
