本文报告半规管开窗冷冻术治疗20例Meniere病的远期疗效。术式为Wolfson的改良法。全部病例随访4～7年，按AAO－HNS（1985）疗效标准，效果为A级3例；B级9例；C级4例；D级4例；E和F级为0。有效率为80．0％。均无并发症发生。讨论了手术机理、远期与近期效果。作者认为，对经药物系统治疗无效又有手术适应证的少数Meniere病患者，采用本术治疗不仅可获得控制眩晕又可保存听力的良好远期效果，且安全性好，是一值得首选应用的手术。
This article reports the long-term efficacy of semicircular canal fenestration in the treatment of 20 Meniere’s disease. The technique is Wolfson’s modified method. All cases were followed up for 4 to 7 years. According to AAO-HNS (1985) efficacy criteria, the effect was grade A in 3 cases, grade B in 9 cases, grade C in 4 cases, grade D in 4 cases, and grade E and F in 0. The effective rate is 80.0%. No complications occurred. Discuss the surgical mechanism, long-term and short-term effects. The authors believe that the treatment of Meniere’s disease with invalid indications of surgical indications on the drug system, not only can obtain good long-term effect of controlling dizziness but also save hearing, and the safety is good, it is a preferred application surgery.
