目的研究白藜芦醇干预对高脂喂养C57BL/6J小鼠胆固醇代谢的影响。方法将雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为基础组、高脂组和干预组,每组10只。基础组和高脂组分别喂饲基础饲料和高脂饲料并给予0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠溶液灌胃,干预组在喂饲高脂饲料的同时给予0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠溶液溶解的白藜芦醇灌胃,干预16周后后测定小鼠体重、肝指数、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平和肝脏TC水平。结果与高脂组比较,干预组血清中TC、LDL-C和肝脏TC水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组小鼠体重增量和肝指数的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白藜芦醇干预可以有效降低高脂喂养C57BL/6J小鼠的血清TC、LDL-C水平和肝脏TC水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol on cholesterol metabolism in C57BL / 6J mice fed with high fat diet. Methods Male C57BL / 6J mice were randomly divided into basal group, hyperlipidemic group and intervention group, with 10 mice in each group. The basal group and the hyperlipidemic group were fed with basal diet and high-fat diet respectively and given 0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution. The intervention group was given 0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution while feeding the high-fat diet The rats were sacrificed after 16 weeks of intervention. The body weight, liver index, serum total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) And liver TC levels. Results Compared with the hyperlipidemia group, the levels of TC, LDL-C and hepatic TC in the intervention group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight gain and liver index in each group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Resveratrol can effectively reduce the levels of serum TC, LDL-C and hepatic TC in C57BL / 6J mice fed high fat diet.
