在水闸、泵站等水工建筑物设计及施工过程中,大体积混凝土的裂缝控制是困扰人们的一个难题。不合理的养护措施,可能导致结构出现表层裂缝甚至发展为贯穿性裂缝。通过有限元方法模拟计算水管冷却对闸室温度场和温度应力的影响,提出合理的冷却水管布置措施,并在实际工程中加以应用,效果明显,可为今后类似工程提供参考。
In sluice, pumping station and other hydraulic structures design and construction process, the mass concrete crack control is troubled people a problem. Unreasonable conservation measures may cause the structure to develop superficial cracks and even develop through-cracks. The finite element method is used to simulate the influence of water pipe cooling on the temperature field and temperature stress in the lock chamber. The reasonable arrangement of cooling pipe is put forward and applied in practical engineering. The result is obvious and can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
