本文应用复指图解法及优化技术可变容差法,借助电子计算机对石油测井仪器中的机械推靠机构作了分析,揭示了本机构各结构参数对上滑块位移和作用力的关系。把影响上滑块位移和力的各种因素,综合为追求上滑块位移和力为最小的目标,并通过优化技术,获得几种优化方案。证实了优化技术对石油测井仪器的设计具有先进性和现实意义。本文列出一系列数据和曲线可作为设计资料,所提出的几种优化方案可供设计同类型测井仪器推靠机构或改进现有机构的参考。文中所用方法是设计的基本方法,适用于各种石油测井仪器的机械设计。
In this paper, we use the fingering method and the variable-tolerance method of optimization to analyze the mechanical pushing mechanism in oil well logging instruments by means of electronic computer and reveal the relationship between the structural parameters of the mechanism and the displacement and force of the upper slider . The various factors that affect the displacement and force of the upper slider are integrated into the goal of pursuing the minimum displacement and force of the upper slider and several optimization schemes are obtained through the optimization technique. Confirmed that optimization technology has the advanced and practical significance for the design of petroleum logging instruments. This article lists a series of data and curves can be used as design information, several proposed optimization program for the design of the same type of logging tool to push the body or improve the reference of existing institutions. The method used in this article is the basic design method, suitable for the mechanical design of various oil well logging instruments.
