随着地铁不断的发展,其覆盖面也越来越大。与汽车、公交一类出行工具相比,地铁能够提供给乘客更舒适、更快速的乘坐体验。正因为地铁具备这些特征,这也就使得地铁成为现代人出行的最佳选择。然而随着乘坐地铁人流量的不断增大,地铁方面也遭遇了大客流压力,尤其在节假日,突发的大客流使地铁方面焦头烂额。另外,突发的大客流会威胁到公共交通的安全运营,因此深入的研究地铁突发大客流运营组织思路有着极强的现实意义。
