当前工业经济缓中趋稳的基础还不牢固,企业生产经营困难加重,要把减轻企业负担作为稳增长的重要举措。今年前7个月,我国规模以上工业增加值同比增长10.3%,增速同比回落4个百分点。从企业层面看,上半年我国规模以上工业企业盈亏相抵实现利润同比下降2.2%,亏损企业亏损额同比上升67.1%。在经济下行压力持续加大的情况下,量大面广的小型微型企业面临的困难更加突出,迫切需要能够得到支持,轻装前行。 At present, the foundation for a slow stabilization of the industrial economy is not yet solid, and the difficulties in production and operation of enterprises are aggravated. The burden on enterprises should be taken as an important measure for steady growth. In the first seven months of this year, the added value of China’s large-scale industrial enterprises increased by 10.3% from the same period of last year, and the growth rate dropped 4 percentage points year-on-year. From an enterprise perspective, in the first half of this year, the profits realized by the above-scale industrial enterprises in breakeven areas fell by 2.2% on a year-on-year basis while that of loss-making enterprises increased by 67.1% on a year-on-year basis. As the downward pressure on the economy continues to increase, the difficulties faced by the large and small-scale micro-enterprises are all the more acute, and there is an urgent need to be able to get support and go ahead lightly.
