岗位轮换是企业培养复合型人才的有效方法。通过岗位轮换,企业为员工提供一个拓宽视野、完善知识体系的机会,可以提高员工综合素质和工作满意度。本文以国有科研企业为例,介绍了岗位轮换机制培养复合型科研人才的必要性,并对如何做好岗位轮换交流工作,并使之在复合型科研人才培养中发挥积极作用进行了重点论述。
Job rotation is an effective way to cultivate compound talents. Through job rotation, enterprises provide employees with opportunities to broaden their horizons and improve the knowledge system, which can improve their overall quality and job satisfaction. This paper takes the state-owned scientific research enterprise as an example, introduces the necessity of cultivating compound scientific research personnel with job rotation mechanism, and focuses on how to do job rotation exchange and make it play an active role in compound scientific research personnel training.
