通常的换热站主要采用人力监控,这样既浪费了人力资源,又存在着许多隐患。在一些控制参数的调整上,人工调节存在着一定的偏差,很难使供热系统达到理想的运行效果。本文以徐州大屯煤电换热站的自动化改造工程为背景,以HORNER公司的OCS控制器为核心组成控制系统,将采集的数据通过GPRS-Internet网络传输到监控中心。该系统实现了对现场设备运行状态和工艺参数的实时监控,有效地解决了由人工调节不当引起的供热不均的问题。该换热站经过改造后,可以达到远程无线监控和温度自动调节的目的,并有一定的节能效果。
The usual heat exchange station mainly uses human monitoring, which not only wastes human resources, but also has many hidden dangers. In the adjustment of some control parameters, manual adjustment there is a certain deviation, it is difficult to make the heating system to achieve the desired operating results. In this paper, Xuzhou Datun coal heat transfer station automation project as the background, the HORNER OCS controller as the core control system, the collected data transmitted to the monitoring center through the GPRS-Internet network. The system realizes real-time monitoring of the operation status and process parameters of the field equipment and effectively solves the problem of uneven heating caused by improper manual adjustment.
