目的测量乌鲁木齐地区青年恒前牙牙冠不同部位间颜色特征,对口腔美学修复中的比色、选色进行指导。方法在D65标准光源下使用数码相机和相关软件(色度系统为CIE-1976-L*a*b*)测量随机选取的乌鲁木齐地区青年284例青年志愿者的1704颗恒前牙牙体部各个部位的颜色特征。结果乌鲁木齐地区青年上颌中切牙的颈、中、切的L值分别为(72.38±6.22)、(74.58±6.39)、(67.39±6.01),侧切牙颈、中、切的L值分别为(66.51±6.37)、(69.41±8.73)、(63.11±6.96),尖牙颈、中、切的L值分别为(60.98±11.44)、(61.49±9.54)、(53.98±8.33)。结论乌鲁木齐青年恒上前牙牙色从中切牙向尖牙彩度逐渐增大,而明度值逐渐降低;各个牙位不同部位色度值也不相同,其中1/3的彩度值最小,而明度值最大;切1/3的明度值和彩度值均低于颈1/3。
Objective To measure the color characteristics of different parts of the crown teeth of the young people in Urumqi and to guide the colorimetric and color selection of the oral esthetic restoration. Methods Using digital camera and related software (CIE-1976-L * a * b *) with D65 standard light source, all the 1704 permanent anterior teeth parts of 284 young volunteers in Urumchi region randomly selected were measured. Color characteristics. Results The values of L, L and N in the maxillary central incisor of Urumqi were (72.38 ± 6.22), (74.58 ± 6.39) and (67.39 ± 6.01), respectively. The values of L, 66.51 ± 6.37), (69.41 ± 8.73) and (63.11 ± 6.96), respectively. The values of L, L and C were (60.98 ± 11.44), (61.49 ± 9.54) and (53.98 ± 8.33), respectively. Conclusions The tooth color of the Hengshang anterior teeth in Urumqi gradually increases from the incisors to the canines, while the lightness values decrease gradually. The chromaticity values of different parts of the teeth are also different, of which 1/3 is the lowest, The value of the maximum; cut one-third of the lightness values and chroma values are lower than the neck 1/3.
