通过高性能轴承合金AlSn10Si3Pb2Cu的开发 ,基本掌握了Si的质量分数为 2 %~ 3 %的铝基轴瓦全套生产技术。应用现有的熔铸及轧制生产设备 ,通过工艺的优化与调整 ,使得轴瓦带材的轧制成材率提高到 93 %以上。与传统AlSn2 0Cu合金相比 ,研制合金轴瓦的蓝宝石疲劳强度提高了 3 0 %~ 40 % ,达到 10 0~ 115MPa水平 ,和国外同类产品相当。
Through the development of high-performance bearing alloy AlSn10Si3Pb2Cu, the basic production technology of aluminum-based bearing bush with mass fraction of Si of 2% -3% has been basically mastered. Application of the existing casting and rolling production equipment, through the process of optimization and adjustment, making the rolling strip production rate of more than 93%. Compared with the conventional AlSn2 0Cu alloy, the fatigue strength of the sapphire developed by the alloy bearing bush is increased by 30% -40% to reach the level of 10 0 ~ 115MPa, which is comparable to that of similar foreign products.
