研究了LY12铝合金阳极氧化稀土后处理工艺。利用电化学方法评价了氧化膜的耐腐蚀性能 ,稀土后处理氧化膜的耐蚀性与铬酸盐封闭阳极氧化膜具有可比性。利用X射线衍射分析 (XRD)了氧化膜的结构 ,结果表明氧化膜为非晶态。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析证明氧化膜表面的主要成分是铈的氢氧化物
Study on the LY12 aluminum anodizing rare earth after-treatment process. The corrosion resistance of the oxide film was evaluated by the electrochemical method. The corrosion resistance of the rare earth oxide film was comparable with that of the chromate-enclosed anodic oxide film. The structure of the oxide film was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the oxide film was amorphous. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis demonstrated that the major component of the surface of the oxide film was cerium hydroxide
